For the Record...

Transitioning from a group of family businesses to the position of administrative manager, then to operations director, and finally to the role of commercial and marketing director of a car dealership, my career path has allowed me to be closely involved with the challenges faced by companies of all sizes:

(from €500,000 in turnover with 5 employees to €55 million in turnover with 60 employees).

My experience has allowed me to cover nearly all areas of business management:

You will often hear me use the following expressions to illustrate my points and the actions to be taken:


  • The same actions yield the same results. If you want to change your results, change your actions!
  • Action removes doubt!
  • What is done, is no longer to be done!
  • Do you prefer to be a P P (problem poser) or an S P (solution provider)?
  • Some days we move forward with a bulldozer, other days with a teaspoon! The essential thing is to always keep moving forward!
